Processing Time: We’ll process your order within 1–3 business days (excluding holidays).

Carriers & Tracking: We ship with USPS or comparable trusted carriers. Tracking information will be emailed once shipped.

Shipping Restrictions: We ship to all U.S. states except the following, due to local restrictions on hemp:

Alabama

Idaho

Kansas

Nebraska

Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
📦 Missing Package Disclaimer
Once your order ships, tracking info is provided — and it's your responsibility to track it. If a package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Provide your order number and tracking information.

We’ll assist with filing a claim with the carrier.
Unfortunately, we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation, but we will do whatever we can to make it right.
🔁 Return Policy
Because our products are consumable or sanitary:

We do not accept returns, unless:

Items arrive damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, AND

You notify us within 7 days of delivery, and

Provide photo evidence; item must be unused and in original packaging.

That being said, we will do whatever we can to rectify any issues without needing the customer to mail anything back to us, just reach out and we will work with you to make it right.

💸 Refund Policy

Approved return/refund requests will be credited to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was ours.

Refunds for prepaid shipping (when using a pre-paid label) will be deducted from the refund.
